Following up on our earlier post, we are pleased to share more details about the 725 kWp solar system with a 600 kWh Energy Storage System (ESS) being installed at Little Star Spinning Mills.
The project is designed with high-quality components to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency:
Solar Panels: JA Solar
Inverters: Huawei Digital Power
DC Cables: Imported DC cables
Structures: ZAM & aluminum mounting structures for RCC rooftops & sheds
BOS: MC4 connectors and other premium accessories
The signing ceremony was attended by the Honorable Chairman of Little Group, Mr. Alam Khorshed along with ASM Raisul M Hasan Shoaib, Director, Suntech Renewables, Sultan Mahmud, Country Manager, JA Solar, and other distinguished officials of the two companies. It was a pleasure to be part of the team that helped accelerate this collaboration.
As shared before, Little Group has been at the forefront of Bangladesh’s textile industry for decades, and under the leadership of Mr. Alam Khorshed — a respected pioneer who continues to serve in key positions including Chairman of the Membership Committee, Bangladesh Textile Mills Association, BTMA — the group is once again setting an example by embracing renewable energy.
At Suntech Renewables, we remain humbled to contribute to this journey toward sustainable and resilient industrial growth in Bangladesh.
Suntech Renewables delivered our rooftop solar project with strong technical precision and professionalism. Their team handled everything from design to commissioning smoothly.
